Following the company’s acquisition by STS Aviation Group in May 2024, he played a key role in ensuring a smooth transition and laying the groundwork for future growth.

“This is a bittersweet moment for me,” said Macleod. “I’m stepping away to pursue my dream of travelling the globe, but I’ll miss the fantastic team we’ve built here, and the many customers and suppliers who have become friends over the years. The timing feels right, and I have full confidence in Tracey’s leadership moving forward.”

Clark brings deep operational experience to the role, having worked closely with Macleod during the company’s recent expansion.
